Shipping policy
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Shipments are sent from either our Guelph or Kitchener office, depending on inventory. Pickups and accessories are generally sent from our Québec office. All three offices are in Canada. If ordering from the Artist Resell program, products are sent from that specific artist's country of residence. Please note, if you are receiving a shipment from outside of your country of residence, your order may be subject to the applicable duties and taxes. These fees are not set or controlled by Stonebridge Guitars International, and are instead put in place by your country of residence and applied during the import of your order.
We ship all around the world, except for a few specific remote locations. To check if your address qualifies for shipping, please enter your address at checkout to see the available shipment options. The system will inform you if the shipping address is invalid.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information once your full order is added to your cart and your shipping address has been entered. Costs are dependent on the shipping method of your choosing.
SHIPPING TIMES
Orders for in stock items will be filled and shipped within 1-3 business days of order date. If the fulfillment time extends beyond 3 business days, we will contact you directly.
If items are out of stock and in production, you will still be able to purchase them. Estimated restock/dispatch days will be noted on the product pages.
Shipping time will depend on the shipping option you select at checkout, which can range from 1-5 business days in Canada, or 3-21 business days internationally.
HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us that includes your order tracking. Please check your SPAM or JUNK mail folder if you do not receive an email in a timely manner. The email address you chose at checkout will be the address the confirmation is sent to.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER
Please refer to your tracking to confirm that your order was placed and has been sent. If the tracking states that your order was delivered, please contact the shipping provider. Once the package is released from Stonebridge Guitars International to the shipping courier, we no longer have control over the package.
Stonebridge Guitars International is not responsible for packages after they are shipped and do not endorse the guarantees of delivery times made by the courier. Your items are in the care of courier once shipped, so any questions or concerns regarding your shipment are to be taken up with them directly.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED
Please email a photo or explanation of the issue to sales@stonebridgeguitars.com, and we will resolve the issue as necessary.
