Our SGI NS3 Premium Three Sensor Passive Acoustic Guitar Pickup has been specially designed to capture and send the natural sound of your steel string acoustic guitar to your amplification equipment. When correctly installed to our recommended specifications, the unit will deliver a pure signal with the optimal amount of gain needed for most user setups. An external preamp with EQ settings is not required but can be an option for those who are seeking to tweak their live performance sound. We are confident that you will be impressed at how faithfully the NS3 Natural Sound Pickup delivers an even and balanced reproduction of the true acoustic qualities of your instrument. WARRANTY GUIDE
SGI is confident in our product and wants to guarantee your satisfaction with its performance. SGI provides a one-year warranty on our pickup systems. Coverage includes any defects at a manufacturer level. A defect only qualifies for warranty if all installation instructions are followed correctly. The warranty is void if the item has been altered, misused, or damaged in any way. SGI reserves the right to investigate any and all warranty claims to ensure the claim does not violate this policy.
When installing your pickup system, do not pull on the wires. It is recommended that a professional installs the pickup for you. SGI is not responsible for damage caused by the consumer to their pickup system or to their instrument due to improper installation.
In the event of a valid warranty claim, a new pickup system will be sent to you as a replacement, upon the return of the defective item, at no additional cost to you. Before replacing the product, SGI will attempt to repair or troubleshoot any technical issues with you to ensure it is not an issue outside of the product.
